It is reported by way of `Uthmãn bin Abil `Aas that he complained
to the Messenger of Allah
of a pain which he has felt in his body ever since he became a Muslim.
So the Messenger of Allah
said: "Put your hand on that which hurts of your bosy and say Bismillãh
three times , and say seven times: 'A`outhu bi`izzatil-lãhi
waqudratihi min sharri mã 'ajidu wa'uhãthiru.(169)
